What will you do at Novajet?

Do you have proven experience implementing Acumatica in a Finance environment?

As an hourly Acumatica Consultant, you will work with the Finance team and play a key role in configuring, implementing, customizing, and maintaining the Acumatica finance system.

What you will bring to Novajet

·        Hands-on experience with the implementation of Acumatica

·        Acumatica certification and the ability to create reports

·        Minimum four years of accounting, reporting, and financial systems work experience

·        Proficiency with MS Office and an accounting software

·        High level of attention to detail, willingness to learn and take direction

·        Must be able to work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

·        Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

·        Flexible, organized, and self-motivated individual

Responsibilities

·        Trouble-shoot system issues and help maintain the system

·        Continue to implement Acumatica ERP and add-on modules for the Finance team

·        Create new reports using the new ERP for other team members

·        Create solutions for integration with other systems

·        Train staff and maintain documentation for departmental procedures

Working Conditions/Requirements

·        Remote, hourly as needed, typically during business hours

·        Travel to our office in Mississauga, Ontario, when necessary

·        Work hours will vary depending on the project requirements

·        Must maintain detailed records of project hours and submit billing for reimbursement

·        Applicants should be prepared to use their own computer
