Position Overview
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance and Corporate Services ("ADOFCS”), the Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for assisting the ADOFCS with all financial reporting for operation. The Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for scheduling, tracking and ensuring completion of all agencies reporting to funding sources.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA Professional Accounting Designation
- A minimum of 3 years' finance unit experience is required. Combined with significant experience in a non-profit organization, preferably in a multi-disciplinary, integrated social services agency with Indigenous children, families and groups is preferred.
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Search.
- This position will require the ability to work flexible hours and travel out of town.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s G Licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
