Vous êtes quelqu'un qui aime fournir un excellent service client avec de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en empathie. Vous êtes motivé, désireux d'apprendre et affichez une attitude positive pour obtenir des résultats de performance positifs chaque jour.
Représentant du service clientèle entrant
Compétences Bilingue - Français et Anglais (oral et écrit).
Job Type: Temps plein - Jours flexibles, Quart de fin de semaine les soirs disponibles. (doit être disponible pour travailler 40 heures par semaine)
- Fournir des informations correctes et mises à jour aux demandes des clients sur l'état de leur expédition, les temps de transit, les produits, les procédures, etc. pour toutes les expéditions livrées vers des destinations résidentielles nationales
- Écouter et documenter les plaintes des clients tout en fournissant des commentaires au client quant au suivi/procédures
- Diriger le client vers le service approprié si nécessaire
- Remplir tous les formulaires nécessaires relatifs au service client
- Qualité de décision : nécessite la capacité de synthétiser de nombreuses options et de prendre des décisions rapidement

Qualifications professionnelles :
- Doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication orale
- Être capable de travailler dans des situations de haute pression
- Doit démontrer une attitude agréable de « pouvoir faire »
- Capacité à s'adapter à des circonstances en évolution rapide
- Connaissances de base en géographie
- Expérience antérieure en suivi des expéditions, un atout

Inbound Customer Service Representative
Bilingual skills - French and English (oral and written).
Job Type: Full time - Flexible days, Weekend shift evenings available. (must be available to work 40 hours per week)
- Providing correct and updated information to customer inquiries on the status of their shipment, transit times, products, procedures, etc. for any shipments being delivered to domestic residential destinations
- Listening for and documenting any customer complaints while providing feedback to the customer as to follow up/procedures
- Directing customer to appropriate department when required
- Completing all necessary forms relative to customer service
- Decision quality: requires the ability to synthesize many options and quickly make decisions
