Customer Service Rep

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary

responsibility is to perform Gift Card daily order Fulfilment and ensure the

accuracy of work. You will be responsible for preparing letter and Card

Fulfilment and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient

manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Create daily folders within each of these folders: Gift Card

Log – Labels / Letters

  • Download Gift Card Orders for processing
  • Printing of Letters for Fulfillment
  • Pulling of various Cards and Certificates for Fulfillment
  • Creating of Canada Post labels for shipping
  • Packing - packing C1s and C2s & C3s
  • Submit Fulfilment file
  • Track all outgoing shipments
  • Return unused Gift Cards to Inventory
  • Exception In / Replacement Cards to be Added
  • Exception Out / Replacement Cards to be taken out
  • Back Order Files
  • Monthly Reports
  • RELOAD OF GIFT CARDS - Scan received new gift cards into:
  • Creation of Manual Letters (on occasion)
  • Assist in the development of production formats and keying

procedures, contributing to process improvement efforts.

  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report

potential hazards to supervisors.

  • Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and

guidelines to protect company and customer information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating

flexibility and adaptability in task execution.

  • Work in various environments, including office settings,

computer rooms, production floors, warehouses, and shipping/receiving areas,

with occasional exposure to environmental factors like dust, dirt, toner, and

ink.

  • Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting,

bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms,

sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.

  • Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing

tasks accurately.

  • Experience with data entry is desirable.
  • Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like

twisting, bending, and climbing.

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay rate for this position starts at CAD 17.60;

however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,

and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation

package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other

benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
