We are seeking a platform-agnostic AI Leader to spearhead the total integration of artificial intelligence into every facet of our business. Your mission is to move beyond standard "out-of-the-box" tools like Microsoft Copilot and architect custom, scalable AI solutions that interface with our core engineering stack (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RISA) and business operations tools. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and deploying AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks for 100% of our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company-Wide AI Audit: Conduct deep-dive assessments of every department (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Ops, HR, etc.) to identify and prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities.
• Solution Architecture & Integration: Design and build custom AI pipelines/automations that integrate disparate data sources—from SolidWorks design data to ERP supply chain metrics—ensuring a unified, intelligent operational flow.
• Engineering Workflow Transformation: Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy AI-driven design assistants for AutoCAD and SolidWorks, focusing on automated drawing generation, structural analysis optimization, and terrain-adaptive modeling, to compress design cycles by 50%+
• Workflow Orchestration: Build and maintain Agentic Workflows using frameworks like CrewAI or LangChain to automate cross-departmental “hand-off’s” (e.g., Sales Order > Engineering Taks > Supply chain Procurement)
• Platform-Agnostic Solution Design: Stay ahead of the rapid AI release cycle (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Open-Source Llama/Mistral) to select the best model or tool for each specific business problem, avoiding vendor lock-in, based on the specific cost/performance requirements of the task.
• Change Management & Literacy: Act as internal "AI Evangelist", training staff on prompt engineering, AI Safety, the use of custom-built internal tools. Develop training programs to ensure all employees are empowered to use new tools effectively and safely.
• Scalability & Security: Ensure every solution is built on a scalable architecture (Dataverse/Azure/AWS/Snowflake) that respects our cybersecurity protocols and intellectual property.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 10+ years in technology, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML implementation or Intelligent Automation (ideally within a manufacturing or engineering context)
• AI Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with LLM Orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex), Agentic AI, and Computer Vision for manufacturing quality or document processing.
• Integration Expert: Deep knowledge of API-first architecture and middleware to bridge Microsoft 365 with non-native platforms, enabling secure, automated, and real-time data flows between disparate systems.
• Engineering Context: Direct experience or a strong understanding of CAD/CAE workflows and how to programmatically interact with engineering software APIs.
• Code/Language: Proficiency in Python, SQL and Data Engineering, Machine Learning Principles, CI/CD Pipelines, Vector Database Knowledge, AWS/Azure Cloud
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Additional certifications in AI/Data Science also preferred).
