Position Summary...
To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.
What you'll do...
Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
Job Responsibility #5 Support with scheduling as needed.
Job Responsibility #6 Review, follow-up and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics - Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc.
Job Responsibility #7 Participates in the training and development of the OMNI Associates , and provides feedback as needed.
Job Responsibility #8 Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of Spark App Checklists and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
