Parking Valet (Full-time / Permanent)

From on-street operations and digital mobility solutions to last-mile logistics and urban space optimization, we are transforming how cities move.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM OR 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 37.5 to 42.5 hours a week
- Schedule may change based on operational needs
What Would You Be Doing?
- Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing in appropriate direction
- Issue and collect valet tickets as required
- Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
What Are the Working Conditions?
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to lift-up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
What Will Set You Apart?
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
