Missions et responsabilités : Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route stratégique des achats à moyen terme (Road to 2030), en mettant l'accent sur la compétitivité et la réduction des risques dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Piloter, documenter et maintenir les risques identifiés pour l'A220, y compris la gestion des obligations de contrôle des exportations tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Être responsable du déploiement tactique de la mise en application des contrats A220 et des outils associés.
• Agir en tant que point focal au sein de l'équipe Achats Cellule (Airframe) pour la gestion de la configuration et des modifications du produit.
• S'aligner avec les équipes de soutien en service « Matériels et Pièces » pour appuyer la convergence vers le plan stratégique.
• Assurer la disponibilité des données commerciales des fournisseurs pour les besoins du soutien en service.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir de manière occasionnelle en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. Compétences requises Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Titulaire d'un diplôme en approvisionnement, en génie commercial ou industriel .
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans l’environnement aéronautique ou une expérience dans le secteur industriel
• Expérience en gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et en approvisionnement, ou autre expérience équivalente dans la gestion de parties prenantes externes est un atout.
• Solides compétences analytiques (expertise dans l’analyse et traitement de données serait un plus)
• Intérêt pour les aspects techniques
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans la direction de projets, y compris des initiatives de réduction des coûts.

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Solides compétences en communication, et en présentation
• Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler dans des environnements multi-culturels
• Compétences linguistiques : Niveau négociation en anglais est obligatoire

A VIE for a COMPETITIVENESS PROJECT LEADER AIRFRAME PROCUREMENT- has arisen within Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, Quebec. You will join the A220 Aerostructure Procurement department. Join a program where 4,500 talented employees from different horizons converge and collaborate to produce the A220 AIRBUS aircraft, right here in the region of Montreal. Our Airframe Procurement team is the critical link that brings the aircraft's core structures-wings, fuselage, empennage, etc.-to the factory floor that you will be able to witness from your desk. This is a unique chance to develop skills in strategic sourcing and supplier management and literally see your work take flight! Tasks & Accountabilities Your main tasks will include:

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the medium-term strategic procurement roadmap (Road to 2030) with a focus on competitiveness and supply-chain de-risking
• Lead, document and maintain identified A220 risks including the management of the export control duties along the whole supply chain
• Responsible for the tactical deployment of A220 contractual enablement and associated tools
• Act as focal point in the Airframe Procurement team for the product change/configuration management
• Align with “Material and Part” In-Service teams to support convergence towards the strategic plan.
• Ensure availability of supplier commercial data for In-Service needs

This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Required Skills You have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience within the aerospace industry or a related industrial sector.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or equivalent experience managing external stakeholders, is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and management being a strong plus.
• An aptitude for and interest in technical topics.
• Experience in project management, including the leadership of cost-saving initiatives.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in diverse, cross-cultural settings
• Language requirements: Business proficiency in English is required.
