About the role
St. Albert Public Schools is currently recruiting a Part Time, Probationary Teacher for a work assignment as a High School Indigenous Student Support Facilitator at Bellerose Composite High School for the upcoming 2026/27 school year**.**
More than 9000 students are enrolled in St. Albert Public Schools. From Preschool to Grade 12, our students learn and succeed in programs that are recognized for excellence and their focus on citizenship and sound values.
FTE**:**0.57 FTE; Probationary
Start Date: August 26, 2026
Responsibilities:

Teaching Aboriginal Studies 10/20 and Aboriginal Studies 30

Indigenous Student Support Facilitator
Qualifications and Attributes:
-
A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate is required
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and works well as a team player
-
Connection to Indigenous culture and relationships with community is an asset
-
Responsibilities will include leading staff learning and school events
-
High school teaching experience is an asset
