As a Sales Representative with Steele Valley Chevrolet, you’ll do more than sell cars, you’ll create experiences. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you’ll play a key role in one of life’s most exciting purchases. This is your chance to connect with people, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect solution. Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually!)
Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong, genuine relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs.
- Guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey, from first introduction to delivery.
- Showcase product knowledge and highlight the benefits of the Chevrolet, Buick and GMC brands and pre-owned inventory.
- Deliver a positive, customer-first experience every step of the way.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
- Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but we’re open to training motivated candidates.

Goal-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
