Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Store Operations and Programs, the person in this role plays a key part in the operational success and expansion of our in-store Ambassador programs. Acting as a true link between the Head Office and the field, you ensure the efficiency of daily processes while helping to build an engaged, high-performing community that is proud to represent the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
Ambassador Program Management
- Ambassador life cycle: Coordinate onboarding, compensation management, and retention initiatives to maximize member engagement.
- Operational support: Manage the day-to-day administration of the program and serve as the primary point of contact for Ambassadors’ questions.
- Engagement: Design and conduct contests to promote the program, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Training and Communications
- Content creation: Develop dynamic and tailored tools (checklists, video scripts, quizzes, interactive activities) to support continuous learning.
- Internal impact: Write inspiring communications and prepare presentations for Sales teams and management.
Operations Support
- Process optimization: Ensure compliance with internal standards and provide innovative solutions to improve the flow of store operations.
- Cross-functional support: Collaborate on special projects with the Sales and Operations team as needed, based on business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced mastery of MS Office suite (Excel for data tracking, PowerPoint for presentations);
- Comfortable using graphic design tools, particularly Canva;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec;
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging and error-free content (strong attention to detail);
- Strong autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a major asset.
