About the role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects, turning business needs into concrete solutions for our technical team. You’ll support the implementation of new systems and processes, while advising on the latest innovations to help us stay ahead of the curve. It’s a dynamic and collaborative role where no two days are the same!
Being a Business Analyst at Harnois Énergies means:
- Identifying business needs and translating them into clear requirements for the technical team
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and/or processes
- Acting as Product Owner and defining the task roadmap
- Advising the team on innovation and keeping a close eye on market trends

Do you have the profile to become our next Business Analyst?
- You have experience in a similar role
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset
- You’re fluent in both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our anglophone teams, especially in writing)
