- Advanced - Excellent assessment, diagnostic and intervention skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in discharge planning
- Expert knowledge in medical terminology and conditions
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships/partnerships
- Ability to utilize a broad range of social work assessments
- Advanced clinical skills/knowledge/abilities for competent social work practice
- Ability to conduct assessments/prioritize client needs/develop treatment plans
- Ability and flexibility in adapting to changing situations and environments
- Knowledge in assessment, treatment, and consultation
- Ability to act independently/work independently/make decisions autonomously
- Knowledge in social work philosophy and goals
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in developing policies, procedures and standards
- Ability to adapt to new techniques and best practices
