About the role
About The Opportunity Our Government client is seeking one Senior Platform Architect professional to lead the creation of a governance framework, deploy the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, and establish intake, oversight, and monitoring processes. They will provide ongoing mentorship to citizen developers, integrate automation and AI tools, and ensure alignment with organizational security and architecture standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Foundation & Governance: Establish the CoE toolkit, governance policies, and environment setup
- Estimated effort: 6 weeks (part-time)
- Enablement & Mentorship: Train and support members of the citizen development community through workshops, documentation, and co-development sessions
- Ongoing throughout the engagement
- Execution & Monitoring: Implement dashboards, alerts, and compliance mechanisms
- Estimated effort: 6–8 weeks (full-time)
- Optimization & Innovation: Automate intake and governance processes and enhance program sustainability
- Estimated effort: 3–4 weeks (full-time)
- Advisory Support: Provide ongoing strategic guidance and communication to project and management teams through meetings and documentation
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years of experience
- 6 months of experience with Citizen Development governance and citizen developer enablement and mentorship
- Experience developing strategies and implementation roadmaps for Microsoft Power Platform Solutions
- Experience designing and integrating Power Platform components and features into existing solutions
- Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
- Designing architectures to migrate MS
- Hold a Government Secret Clearance
