Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor , you'll play a key role in our retail operations at Toronto Pearson Airport. You'll partner with the Manager to lead and inspire your team, providing training and guidance to associates. Your responsibilities will include managing cash registers, setting up planograms, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple units. You'll drive sales and service excellence, bringing our mission of First Class Service to life for our customers and business partners.
