Overview of The Role

You will be working in a fast-paced technical environment collaborating on the roadmap of the Saputo digital workplace, creating and maintaining the information architecture. You will also be responsible for the custom solutions and oversight of the support operations of the platform.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

  • Responsible for supporting and implementing the Saputo Digital workplace Road map which includes
    • Global governance
    • Custom solutions
    • Document management
    • Enterprise Search
  • Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps and SharePoint Framework.
  • Assist in the migration of data and applications to the M365 platform.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide M365 solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for estimating and planning of the different projects of the roadmap.
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation and operations of the projects and ensuring adherence to the vision.
  • Work with a global team of local and remote team members.
  • As a senior resource on the enterprise collaboration team, responsible for actively mentoring existing and new Saputo resources in the Digital workplace team.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience with Workplace technologies both in support and development roles
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams solutions design and development (SharePoint Framework, Teams App)
  • Experience in scripting with PowerShell to automate tasks such as: SharePoint site creation, Permission Management, Teams Provisioning, and other M365 administrative operations
  • Experience in writing Azure Functions (PowerShell, Python, or C#) for automation and integration scenarios is important
  • Experience with Azure Logic App, Power Automate for workflow automation is important
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Governance (lifecycle, expiration, permissions, compliance)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft certifications (M365, Power platform or Azure)
  • Experience with SharePoint Advanced Management, Microsoft Purview, Information Rights Management is a nice to have
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate complex technology concepts in business terms
  • Strong customer focus and performance orientation,

As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada, USA, Argentina, Australia, and UK.
