As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with senior leaders and other team members in technology and business, guaranteeing smooth implementation of our architectural vision. Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Global Risk business team and other corporate business teams to identify and drive opportunities for architecture alignment and reuse.
- Support and drive the definition of key aspects of the strategic architecture, identifying and resolving gaps or key issues.
- Work alongside executives from various groups to offer architectural recommendations & mentorship as well as executive-level presentations.
- Provide architectural direction and communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies.
- Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency to align with business strategy.
- Collaborate with collaborators in technology and business to define architecture possibilities and future.
- Identify risks or issues with technology solutions & builds, providing mentorship and support to collaborators to resolve or mitigate potential risks/delays.
- Research relevant technologies, perform proof of concepts/prototypes, and recommend applications for future product architectures.
- Analyze and develop viable solutions to high complexity business problems according to user specifications.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of architecture artifacts across embedded architecture domains (e.g., system flows, data flows, conceptual builds, and application/information models).
- Contribute to standards, policies, best architectural practices, and the process to govern against these standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understand Business, Technology, and Operations requirements for Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Develop solutions for large projects in areas of Global Risk Management with knowledge of platforms/solutions such as Archer, BarraOne.
- Proficient understanding of computer or network systems hardware and software theory, practice, concepts, and technology aligned with organizational goals.
- Proven experience in crafting and architecting important systems.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of composing and analyzing methodology and application development processes.
- Deep understanding and problem-solving ability of Information Technology of various scale, degree, and complexity.
- Prior experience with digital transformation of legacy applications.
- Proficient in techniques for producing compositions of complex systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and configuration.

Salary range is expected to be between
$110,530.00 CAD - $205,270.00 CAD
