The Revenue Operations Branch within the Ministry of Finance administers a variety of provincial taxes, manages revenue processing, and delivers several refund programs.

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and detail‑oriented individual for the role ofRevenue Processing Team Lead. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and a commitment to service excellence.

In this role, you will lead a support team responsible for a range of revenue processing functions, including scanning and data entry of tax returns, managing incoming and outgoing mail for the division, and overseeing the central file room. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to supervising daily operations and responding to client inquiries related to remitting tax returns through multiple channels such as wire transfers, internet banking, and the Ministry’s web‑based application, Saskatchewan Electronic Tax Services (SETS).

You will play an active role in identifying and implementing system process enhancements, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting and testing system changes. Collaboration with the Information Technology Division (ITD) and other internal and external partners will be essential to support and maintain the systems and processes used by the area. Your ability to work with clients and staff in a fair, open‑minded, and objective manner will be critical to resolving technical questions and delivering effective solutions. Strong oral communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Team Lead who provides consistent guidance, coaching, and direction to a team of 7 to 9 staff members. As part of the broader team, you will also contribute to the production of scheduled internal and external reporting.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position are obtained through the completion of a certificate or diploma in administration, combined with related experience.
