As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. Working closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders, you will help shape the roadmap, define product requirements, and guide the product through execution and launch.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Own the roadmap and delivery of specific features or small product areas.
- Drive the delivery of product features end-to-end, including scoping, planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, analytics, and operations to deliver and optimize go-to-market plans for product launches.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and internal input.
- Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into executable work for engineering and design.
- Define success metrics and analyze post-launch performance; identify improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement through iteration and experimentation.
- Contribute to product vision and strategic planning with awareness of long-term impact.
You bring:
- 7+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience defining technical requirements (e.g., APIs, performance, latency) and evaluating tradeoffs with engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery processes, product analytics, and experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing).
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver features or improvements that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
