**Senior Project Manager (Permanent)
Location: Vancouver, BC / Hybrid** Staffing Placement Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide and cross-functional technology projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycle: planning, execution, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and training.
- Lead multiple projects, including complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage project teams, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Implement strong PMO governance and best practices.
- Track risks, changes in scope, and develop mitigation plans.
- Create project schedules, risk registers, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Provide project management training and foster a quality-focused culture.
- Resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in project management, including managing or working in PMOs.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in Agile, Hybrid Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio (or equivalent), Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Preferred Experience:
- Managing large, cross-functional projects and teams.
- Hybrid-Agile project management experience.
Collaborates With:
- Senior leadership, project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
