We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, product knowledge, and creating a fun experience for both new and experienced wine makers. Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized part-time team member to assist customers, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean and professional environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multi-task, and is comfortable learning about wine-making products and processes. Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers in-store- Answer customer questions about wine kits, supplies, and services- Operate point-of-sale system and process payments- Help customers bottle, label, cork, and package their wine- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and production areas- Restock shelves and inventory- Assist with opening and closing duties- Help with appointments and customer scheduling- Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships Qualifications - Strong customer service and communication skills- Reliable and punctual- Able to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable handling pails & carboys of wine- Retail or hospitality experience is an asset- Interest in wine or wine-making is an asset, but not required- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada- Must be legal drinking age in Saskatchewan (19+) Schedule - Approximately 15-30 hours per week- Weekend availability may be required Compensation $15/hourEmployee discounts available To Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction to winekitzon3rd@shaw.ca or apply in person at 116B Avenue B North, Saskatoon, SK
