BUSINESS ANALYST

Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Business Analyst based in Toronto. Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Performance, the Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of strategic analytical activities that will ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of all programs and services within Canadian Hearing Services as well as identify strategic opportunities for growth via acquisitions, etc. This individual will closely collaborate with all corporate and functional business units in the organization to support development and implementation of current and future strategic goals.
This will be a permanent, full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have a University or College degree in Business Administration, Finance or related subject, combined with a minimum of three (3) years' related working experience (supporting business development), an understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures; Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Suite (specifically Dynamics 360, Excel), SQL, and Adobe products required and Experience with PowerBI development and deployment is highly beneficial. Chartered Financial Analyst Designation is an asset.
You are self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and can consistently complete overlapping projects within tight deadlines. You have a sense of urgency and can handle a pressurized environment with the ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines**.**
