Purpose:
The Associate Product Marketing Manager brings marketing expertise to execute digital and omnichannel strategies while managing the product lifecycle to maximize performance. This role supports promotional events, fosters cross-team collaboration, and enhances both internal and external communications—demonstrating Johnson & Johnson’s leadership principles.
You will be responsible for:
- Actively support the execution of omnichannel strategies with ownership of digital marketing initiatives and its associated metrics, providing insights that help refine our portfolio strategies. Responsible for collecting, editing, maintaining, and pushing out content for internal and external media platforms.
- Plans, executes and manages life cycle for assigned products in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Execute strategies to maximize performance liaising with cross functional teams and FSO projecting demand/profitability. Monitors performance and commercialization strategies
- Ownership of key administrative projects and tasks that keep our marketing engine running smoothly. Completes' tasks for the support function of the Product Management team, and follows administrative processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results.
- Lead all aspects of submission, approval and execution of promotional conferences and events across our business to ensure our participations stay impactful and compliant. Take the lead in planning and coordinating internal and external events , including customer insight sessions , internal meetings and forums that shape our strategies.
- Actively chip in to downstream marketing initiatives , such as approving and disseminating collateral for campaigns and FSO messaging. Support internal communication efforts to boost brand awareness and team engagement.
- Be an active participant in internal meetings and programs , providing support and helping turn ideas into action.
- Analysis for reports on product performance, and market trends
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience is required.
- Healthcare or medical device experience is strongly preferred.
- A proactive mentality with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with digital channels and ability to analyze channel performance is a plus.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make informed recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with internal platforms for key marketing activities and processes is a plus.
- Up to 25% business travel may be required.
