Make an impact with our Solution Delivery team as Product Management, Intern. This diverse team of professionals effectively drives change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, on scope and within budget. As an intern, you’ll support team members by identifying and interpreting business needs. You’ll learn how to plan and organize resources, and develop procedures and schedules that ensure deliverables meet MNP’s commitment to quality and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of product management strategies
• Conduct user research and analyze user workflows and tasks to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user experiences
• Collaborate with business analysts and software developers to define development work
• Support the team in creating and maintaining product documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance of software products
• Provide general administrative support to the product management team

Skills and Experience

• Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Design, Technology, Engineering, etc.)
• Strong interest in software product management as a career path
• Strong interest in user experience research and design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
