We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who wants far more than calendar management and travel bookings.

This role sits at the center of the business. One minute you're coordinating leadership priorities and helping keep the executive team operating at full speed. The next you're sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment projects, improving hiring processes, and helping us land game-changing talent. No two days look the same — and that's exactly why you'll love it.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as a trusted partner and extension of the executive team. Keeping priorities, projects, and people moving forward at speed. Owning interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination from start to finish. Supporting executive search projects and helping identify exceptional talent across multiple industries and functions. Sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and modern recruiting technology. Building candidate pipelines and helping our team stay ahead of hiring needs. Assisting with staffing strategy, talent mapping, and market research. Working closely with leadership on hiring priorities and recruitment execution. Running point on candidate experience and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand. Helping improve systems, processes, and workflows so the business can scale efficiently. Supporting office operations and special projects that keep the organization running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, Recruiter, Talent Director, or similar role. A passion for recruitment, staffing, hiring, and talent acquisition. Exceptional organization and project management skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, or recruiting technology is a major plus. Comfortable interacting with executives, candidates, and clients. Naturally curious, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. High energy, positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership. Someone who loves being the person who "gets things done."

The Ideal Person

You're the type of person who color-codes your calendar, enjoys checking things off a list, and somehow manages to know what's happening before everyone else does.

You can organize a board meeting in the morning, source a VP candidate over lunch, coordinate interviews in the afternoon, and still have time to improve a process before heading home. You're equal parts operator, recruiter, organizer, and problem solver.

You're the glue. And if building great companies starts with hiring great people, you'll be one of the most important people in the business.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus. Compensation is designed to attract ambitious, high-performing individuals who want exposure to leadership, recruiting, operations, and business strategy while playing a meaningful role in building exceptional teams.
