About The Job About You

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Business Analytics (Level 10)
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (Power Query/DAX); ability to industrialize recurring analyses
  • Analytical modeling (savings/ROI), scenario testing, and clear storytelling
  • Stakeholder management, prioritization, and concise written/oral communication (EN)
  • Nice to have SQL basics, familiarity with SAP data objects, experience with automation (Power Automate)

About us

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Project Manager, we’re looking for a Customer Performance Analyst to drive customer operations performance by owning key productivity KPIs and leading impactful business analyses and projects.

More specifically, you will be responsible to

  • Own productivity KPIs Refresh weekly/monthly metrics, analyze variances, identify root causes, and follow up on action plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead Touchless Order implementation Plan and coordinate stakeholders, drive adoption, and measure benefits to optimize order processing.
  • Act as Power BI Key User Maintain existing reports, build new dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance for business insights.
  • Build business cases and conduct ad-hoc analyses Quantify savings/ROI, test scenarios, and consolidate recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Support project performance follow-up Monitor compliance, track success indicators, and calculate final savings for ongoing initiatives.
