About the role
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

- Advanced Labour Analytics
- Lead complex analyses of labour cost drivers, overtime trends, absenteeism, and productivity.
- Support labour forecasting, budgeting, and long-range workforce planning.
- Identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities across Compass Canada Group operations.
- UKG Reporting & Optimization
- Serve as a power user and analytical SME for UKG Workforce Management.
- Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG and BI tools.
- Support UKG enhancements, testing, and adoption initiatives.
- Executive & Operational Support
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and insight summaries.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and functional leaders.
- Analyst Mentorship & Quality Oversight
- Provide guidance and quality review for Business Analyst outputs.
- Establish best practices for reporting, data integrity, and analytical storytelling.

- 5–8 years of experience in workforce analytics, labour optimization, or operations/financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Workforce Management systems, UKG Workforce Management preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
