At Flaman, we believe great customer service doesn’t stop at the sale. As our Aftermarket Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver who ensures every customer leaves with a great experience — and comes back again.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Answer calls, emails, and questions from customers with patience and a smile (yes, they can hear it!)
  • Help customers with orders, returns, and exchanges, keeping everything accurate and organized
  • Share product knowledge that makes customers feel confident about their purchase
  • Investigate and resolve issues by connecting with other teams to find the best solutions
  • Build the kind of relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong Flaman customers

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Previous customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in ag or equipment!)
  • A knack for problem-solving and clear communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity to learn about our products so you can help customers even faster
