At Flaman, we believe great customer service doesn’t stop at the sale. As our Aftermarket Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver who ensures every customer leaves with a great experience — and comes back again.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Answer calls, emails, and questions from customers with patience and a smile (yes, they can hear it!)
- Help customers with orders, returns, and exchanges, keeping everything accurate and organized
- Share product knowledge that makes customers feel confident about their purchase
- Investigate and resolve issues by connecting with other teams to find the best solutions
- Build the kind of relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong Flaman customers
What You Bring to the Team:
- Previous customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in ag or equipment!)
- A knack for problem-solving and clear communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity to learn about our products so you can help customers even faster
