About the role

What you'll do

The Mark’s Commercial Associate Manager, B2B Marketing is responsible for the creation and execution of the long-term strategy for all marketing efforts. Leading the marketing team to implement the strategy with campaigns, client communications and supporting collateral. Focusing on building brand and managed program awareness, as well as industry presence. Working in collaboration with the Manager, B2B eCommerce (& Marketing), and senior executives, they will develop compelling key messages and creative story ideas for marketing and corporate initiatives.

  • Lead the planning and execution of all annual marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and target audience
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy, utilizing various platforms to effectively reach and engage the target market
  • Monitor and analyze analytics data to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content and insights for marketing opportunities, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and values
  • Create written communications for client projects, including presentations, partnership announcements, and other materials as required
  • Oversee website content to ensure it aligns with the brand's guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels
  • Contribute to the Leadership Team by providing input and insights to help achieve the company's strategic goals
  • Serve as a champion for the brand's standards and strategic direction, ensuring all marketing initiatives accurately reflect the brand's identity

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of related work experience in communications or marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of AI based design tools and capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Highly organized and a a keen eye for detail to maintain brand consistency
  • Strong initiative, time management, and project management skills
  • Successful experience working with agencies, external partners and suppliers
