Customer Success Advisor @ Autodesk
In the Customer Success organization, creating impactful experiences for our customers is our most important goal. This will be a hybrid role.
Position Overview
As a Customer Success Advisor you’ll collaborate with Account teams, Channel Partners, and Sales Representatives to help customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk solutions. Your strong business acumen, curiosity mindset, and ability to quickly identify customer needs will allow you to create impactful experiences across the customer journey—while also shaping internal best practices.

Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to align product capabilities with customer objectives Establish and execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage Identify and engage at-risk accounts by using strong discovery and consultative skills to remove risk and realign them to success Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to drive customer milestones Deliver a high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty Uncover and act on opportunities to expand customer relationship through value discovery and strategic conversations
Minimum Qualifications
4–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role Proven track record of working independently while driving measurable impact Experience navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E)

Établir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à une approche proactive et à un engagement actif, afin d’aligner les capacités des produits sur les objectifs des clients Mettre en place et exécuter des stratégies avancées d’intégration et d’adoption pour accroître la valeur pour le client et l’utilisation des produits Identifier et mobiliser les comptes à risque en utilisant de solides compétences en analyse et en consultation afin d’éliminer les risques et de les remettre sur la voie du succès Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec les équipes des ventes, des partenaires de distribution, du soutien technique et des services afin de faire progresser les clients vers leurs jalons clés Offrir une expérience de haute qualité qui renforce la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients Identifier et saisir les occasions d’approfondir la relation client grâce à la découverte de valeur et à des conversations stratégiques
Qualifications Minimales
4 à 7 ans d’expérience en réussite client, en gestion de comptes ou dans un poste similaire en contact direct avec la clientèle Expérience avérée de travail autonome tout en générant un impact mesurable Expérience de la gestion de collaborations interfonctionnelles complexes avec des intervenants internes et externes Maîtrise de Salesforce ou de systèmes CRM similaires Expérience avec les logiciels SaaS, les logiciels basés sur le nuage ou les modèles d’affaires par abonnement Connaissance des secteurs d’activité des clients d’Autodesk (AEC, MFG, M&E)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,000 and $128,260. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
