About the role
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunspace Modular Enclosures is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Logistics and Administrative functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication with customers and internal teams, and providing general administrative support across departments.
RESPONSBILITES OF THE ADMININSTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Matching documentation for invoicing
- Prepare delivery slips/confirmations
- Communicating with dealers
- Other administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning etc as needed
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPPORT ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS:
- Computer skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word & Excel
- SAP experience would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in Logistics would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in a manufacturing industry would be an asset
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-directed initiative, able to apply one self
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Willingness to learn
