About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Serving It Right Certificate. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Team player. Ability to multitask. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: To be determined. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
