About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic individual, with outstanding facilitation and presentation skills, and a passion for training on Sales and Digital Ads products & services for X in Teleperformance. Candidates should possess strong business and sales acumen and the ability to upskill on product knowledge and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and delivering internal training on Sales and Digital Ads products translating this knowledge into sales narratives with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Training Development: Collaborate with the Training Manager and Managers to plan, develop, and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis, including new product launches, features, etc.
  • New Hire Sales & Product Training: Ensure sales and product training are clearly defined, and delivered for newly onboarded hires.
  • Best Practices Integration: Incorporate internal and external best practices into product training to drive improved sales performance and profitability.
  • Training Delivery & Support: Act as an expert trainer, delivering 80% of your time on training and 20% on support, helping all project roles implement digital ads offerings in a way that increases profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track and measure training results in collaboration with the Sales Analyst, and present these results to Operations Managers and Clients.
  • Call Shadowing: Complete at least one call shadow per week.
  • Progressive Training’s: Deliver 2 progressive training sessions per week, plus 1 Microlearning session.
  • Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new hire classes.
  • Training Updates: Present training updates and insights at the weekly Market WBR (Weekly Business Review).
  • Quarterly Needs Analysis: Conduct a training needs analysis quarterly to ensure continuous learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Min. 1 year of training experience in a sales driven environment (inbound or outbound)
  • Extensive knowledge of Sales and Digital Ads product offerings
  • Strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Public speaking skills
  • Desirable experience working in a structured sales environment
  • Desirable an experienced trainer
  • Desirable project management skills.

Annual Base Salary of CAD $51,000 with earning potential up to 5%.

  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
