About The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team at Woodridge, reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of variable operations and the ability to guide every aspect of the Sales Department.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader, enthusiastic, motivating, and supportive. With the proven ability to coach, train, and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results. A strong track record of success in the automotive industry is essential.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain superior customer satisfaction scores and champion an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team through coaching and accountability.
- Assist in managing and maximizing vehicle inventory.
- Design and implement creative marketing strategies to drive continued growth.
- Leverage CRM tools, PBS Systems, and ensure compliance with AMVIC standards.
- Lead the Internet Sales Department by supervising, coaching, and motivating a team of Internet Sales Consultants.
- Manage and assign incoming internet leads efficiently to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt follow-up and customer engagement.
- Desk deals with and collaborates with other Sales Managers to close transactions profitably and efficiently.
- Manage the sales floor and be available to aid sales people with handling of guests and closing vehicle sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a history of sales success.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on leadership style.
- AMVIC license required.
- Valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
