Job Title: Trip Planner Assistant (Remote)
Location: Remote (Worldwide) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: $6500 – $8,000 (based on experience and role scope)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trip Planner Assistant to help clients create seamless and memorable travel experiences. This role requires excellent communication, research skills, and the ability to handle multiple bookings and itineraries while working remotely.
The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, resourceful, and capable of managing travel logistics with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Research and create customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities
Book and confirm flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements
Monitor changes in bookings, cancellations, or travel advisories and adjust itineraries as needed
Maintain accurate records of reservations, expenses, and travel documents
Coordinate with travel vendors, guides, and partners to ensure smooth experiences
Provide general administrative support related to travel planning
Assist in preparing travel proposals and presentations for clients
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in travel planning, hospitality, or a related administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple itineraries and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in travel booking platforms, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and international travel regulations
Experience with CRM or itinerary management software
Familiarity with popular travel destinations and trends
Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
