One of the key challenges in delivering a successful project lies in effectively managing stakeholder expectations while ensuring compliance with client requirements for scope, quality, and schedule.
What you will do
-
Maintain and update the stakeholder register and develop stakeholder mapping strategies.
-
Design and implement communication action plans for citizens, stakeholders, and third parties across all projects, ensuring alignment with the stakeholder engagement program.
-
Coordinate and provide support to citizen and stakeholder relations teams to foster effective collaboration.
-
Oversee and manage information requests and complaint resolution processes.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to assess timelines, impacts, and mitigation measures.
-
Establish and maintain relationships with Envision and environmental teams to ensure compliance and sustainability objectives.

Act as the contractor’s representative in managing and resolving complaints.
This role could be for you if you have
-
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literary Studies, Public Relations, or any other relevant discipline or combination of disciplines.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to develop skills associated with the various responsibilities of the position.

Strong project management and time management skills within a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment.

Solid knowledge of technological tools and research methodologies.
