Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in driving transformation through system implementations, process digitization, and regulatory readiness. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in retail and manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of the apparel industry’s unique challenges and opportunities. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This includes coordinating global teams, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project performance and report on progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
  • 5–10 years of experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner, Jira, ADO).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and executive reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and tools.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing business needs.
