Warehouse Inventory Specialist
About the role
The Canalta Group of Companies is a privately held, Canadian owned company focusing on the manufacturing and service of industrial control and measurement equipment, specifically targeting the gas industry, and supplying product internationally. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist at our head office in Red Deer, AB. This is a temporary position, expected to last approximately 2 months.
What will you do?
- Manage and maintain consumable inventory to support production needs.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments to support efficient operations.
- Initiate and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and supplies.
What do you need?

Previous experience using sit down and stand up forklift

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Able to safely lift 50 lbs.

Previous Warehouse & Inventory experience is an asset

Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
