Position Summary:
This course will, among other objectives, introduce students to legal, ethical and policy scholarship in human genetics and related “omics” disciplines. The Teaching Assistant will help in reviewing student commentaries, present to students on an assigned topic, meet with them, help evaluate presentations, organize documents on MyCourses and correct research essays.

Qualifications:
Strong background in the ethical, legal and policy issues in genomics, with emphasis on interdisciplinarity. A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student at the Master’s or Doctoral level, at McGill University, employed to assist a course coordinator.
