About the role

The Level 3 Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex incidents related to Microsoft 365 and application systems, while serving as a technical reference and mentor for the support team.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft 365 incidents.
  • Analyse system logs and events to identify root causes.
  • Work on integrations between M365 and business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Handle escalated tickets and ensure internal knowledge transfer.
  • Apply post-pentest security fixes and strengthen GPO and MFA policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client environments.
  • Document cases and solutions.

PROFILE


  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 support or as a Level 3 technician.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with Azure AD Connect and hybrid environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows systems and network dependencies.
  • Experience with business systems and their integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Skills in log analysis and PowerShell automation (an asset).
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians and improve internal processes.
  • DEC in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
