The details: Weekly hours: 37.5 h / weekVariable scheduleOral and written English knowledgeSalary: $23-25/hour As a Supervisor-Food 2, you will: Coordinate daily food service and catering operations , ensuring coordination of activities and service delivery across client premises.Supervise the food service and catering teams, including participation in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling of food service employees.Maintain up-to-date budgets and inventory, optimizing food supplies, purchasing, and stock control to maintain profitability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, quality and safety standards, applying internal policies and participating in safety training and reporting.Monitor customer service quality, address complaints, and ensure that the employees follow the group processes and policies.QualificationsWhat You Bring College Degree in Food management or any food service-related fields.3 to 5 years of work experience in food management or any food service-related fields.Abilities to manage, supervise, plan and organizeA team-first attitude and strong communication skills Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods) Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion Additional InformationWhy Sodexo?
