About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner who will report to the Manager, Global Network Programs, and who’ll be tasked with defining our program's vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of building relevant programs that will bring value to our commercial team and to our dealer network.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Build and maintain strategic vision and program objectives.
Align business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements and provide recommendations on program parameters.
Define development priorities, roadmap, and prioritization based on business needs in collaboration with IS&T teams.
Define the tools and dashboards required for dealers, the sales team, and management.
Conduct analysis, track and measure results and trends
Collaborate with IS&T, Sales Planning, and Finance throughout the solution development cycle.
Define and deploy internal and external governance, training, and communication strategies to secure engagement.
Stay informed with industry best practices and programs.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information System Management, Business Management or other related discipline.
Relevant experiences as a business analyst, product owner, or in analytics.
Understanding of business value related to features and functions, and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical perspectives.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, machine learning, or artificial intelligence is an asset, as well as working within an Agile environment.
Knowledge of SQL is required, and experience with the Snowflake platform is an asset.
English and French are essential as collaboration with internal teams is required.
