About the role
The Quality Coordinator (Rail & Track) supports the delivery of quality assurance and control activities across rail and track construction works. The role is responsible for coordinating inspections, maintaining ITPs and quality records, and ensuring full traceability of materials and documentation. This position works closely with field teams and stakeholders to monitor track installation activities including alignment, ballast, and rail systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and rail industry standards.

Located just outside of the City of Windsor in Oldcastle, Ontario the majority of the company’s early construction activity occurred in the Windsor/Essex County area.
