About the role
Job Description: We have an opening for one Residential Real Estate Conveyancer at our office. Our ideal candidate will have: A minimum 2 years of real estate conveyancing experience with an Alberta Law firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to independently manage 40 to 45 sale/purchase transactions per month, from beginning to end. Experience in drafting and reviewing all necessary documents for real estate transactions, and coordinating with realtors, lenders, clients, and other law firms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, lender portals, and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain productive and efficient in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with real estate contract terms, conducting due diligence searches, cost calculations, and handling closing funds.
Compensation: The yearly salary will be commensurate with experience.
Note: While we fully support articling students and NCA candidates, this position is not open for them, as it requires prior, hands-on experience in Alberta real estate conveyancing.
