As our industry evolves, so are we.

Today, Acadia is building toward a future as a multi-platform media and marketing organization, expanding beyond traditional radio into digital marketing, community portals, and integrated advertising solutions.

This position may be based out either our Saint John or Moncton locations.

You will be responsible for the overall success of your region—leading teams across sales, programming and content, and operations; growing revenue across both radio and digital platforms; and strengthening our position in the communities we serve.

At the same time, you’ll play a key role in helping Acadia evolve—bringing new ideas forward, embracing new ways of working, and building the capabilities we need for the future of media.

Inspired by the tradition of merchant banks, Ocean provides bespoke solutions to medium size enterprises across Europe. We assist companies that are facing challenges to obtain finance (debt or equity), to grow (find partners, M&A or joint ventures) or to change their governance.

Intent on meeting the specific needs of our clients, we believe in the singularity of enterprises and advocate a personalised service with a custom approach to each situation.

Listening to our clients is paramount; the opportunity for us to serve them arises when they decide it, not when imposed by the financial markets. Through this way of working, we aim to create long-term relationships with our clients.
