In this high‑visibility position, you’ll work closely with the Senior Chief of Staff to the Global CAO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Global CAO team and contributing to transformative projects and initiatives that will shape the future of the CAO team.\n\nWhy This Role Stands Out:\n- Be part of the core CAO team, collaborating with senior leaders and gaining exposure to diverse areas of global operations.\n- Lead and support strategic and operational projects, team engagement activities, and internal communications.\n- Take ownership of initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and impact across the organization.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nCAO Operations\n- Support the delivery of core priorities and initiatives for the Global CAO team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leading coordination efforts with subject matter experts to ensure ...\n- Serve as the subject matter expert for the CAO portal and Global Policies Manual, ensuring resources are kept up to date and are accessible to stakeholders.\n- Manage the Service Now KPMGI travel approvals tool and Power BI dashboards, including troubleshooting any system issues and working closely with stakeholders to coordinate updates or manage any issues experienced\n- Support Our Impact Plan (‘OIP’) priorities for KPMGI including managing the Internal Carbon Price and World Wildlife Fund relationship, collaborating with Corporate Affairs OIP on best practices to implement in KPMGI and managing the OIP Champions network.\n\nMeeting Support\n- Support the Senior Chief of Staff on preparation of agendas, presentations and other materials for meetings attended or led by the Global CAO including the GMT, COO Steering Group, CFO Working Group, Board and Board Committees, CAO Extended Leadership Team (‘ELT’) and other ad hoc meetings.\n\nProject Management\n- Lead or support CAO operational projects by identifying critical paths, analyzing data, managing stakeholder relationships, influencing timelines, and presenting solutions to overcome program challenges\n\nCAO Team Communications & Town Halls:\n- Support the development of an internal CAO team communications ...\n\nCAO Team Engagement:\n- Provides support with analyzing the CAO Global People Survey (‘GPS’) results and building the CAO GPS action plan, participates in the CAO Employee Engagement Council by supporting agenda development, taking minutes and actioning meeting outcomes, and works with the CAO ELT to support action planning in their individual teams.
