The Client Solutions team is responsible for developing relationships with our clients where the creation of trust and confidence in the firm generates significant value to our organization. What You Will Do
- The Client Relationship Analyst will have exposure to the firms’ key decision makers and have a broad range of responsibilities playing a critical role in the full client life cycle:
- Partnering with Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) on all aspects of their client relationship responsibilities
- Participate in the development and execution of the Client Solutions team’s strategic goals and objectives
- Collaborate on all aspects of client relationship responsibilities from the development of a client’s service plan to its execution
- Collect, evaluate and analyze data related to clients and investment strategies
- Work with the organization’s support teams to improve systems, processes, and communications
What You Bring
- Ma****rket Knowledge: You have an undergraduate degree in economics or finance (or a related field) and a keen interest in capital markets with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for Relationships: You naturally lean towards building relationships and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- French Language Fluency (beneficial, but not required): We deliver our full range of services in both French and English and the ability to seamlessly operate in both languages is a source of value to the organization
- Collaborative Communication: You have a collaborative spirit that helps you to work well with others while at the same time taking initiative to build on the existing best practice of the team
- Multi-tasking: This is key. The role offers the opportunity to develop social and analytical skills. It is dynamic and fluid and requires the ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of responsibilities while at the same time developing an understanding of our clients and investment teams and strategies.
