Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Service Administrator to join our team in Clairmont, AB. This pivotal role ensures smooth service operations, delivering outstanding support to customers, technicians, and service writers alike. What You’ll Need: Strong communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel and Adobe Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Problem-solving acumen with keen attention to detail Mechanical aptitude is an added bonus Experience assisting customers in person, by phone, and via email Skilled in coordinating service schedules and managing requests Ability to handle interruptions effectively and maintain accurate records Capable of supporting service writers and technicians as needed Nice to Have Skills: Experience with service writing Previous background in mechanical or technical fields Preferred Education and Experience: High School diploma or Business Administration diploma At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a service-related environment
