No dental experience required - full training provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from dental patients professionally and warmly.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer general questions about services, locations, and insurance (training provided).
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and confidence.
• Accurately document calls and patient Information.
