Your Job
- Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-performance execution across assigned territories.
- Meet the objectives of mortgage origination targets and regional profitability.
- Realize strategic sales initiatives in alignment with national goals.
- Make sure broker experiences are exceptional and aligned with Optimum Mortgage’s value proposition.
- Accompany and influence brokers through loyalty programs, engagement strategies, and business development plans.
- Identify growth opportunities using real estate data, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Take part in cross-functional collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Underwriting teams.
Your Team
Within the Optimum Mortgage sector, you are part of a team of up to 10 colleagues and report to the Director, National Sales & Marketing. Basic Requirements

Hold a degree or diploma in a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a mortgage sales environment.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong knowledge of consumer/residential mortgage lending and the local broker market.

Demonstrated skills in business development, marketing, negotiation, and risk assessment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.

Availability to travel within the region as required.
